Your enquiry

When you send the enquiry form, the information you enter is submitted securely to the website’s form handler. After validation and a successful Google reCAPTCHA check, the enquiry is passed to Cloudflare’s email service for delivery to sales@arcticsoft.ca. Your email address is used as the reply address.

The website does not maintain a database of enquiries. A delivered message may be retained in the business mailbox for the conversation and project follow-up. Google reCAPTCHA processes information needed to assess whether a submission is genuine. Its security check is separate from optional analytics.

Information on your device

Form entries are not stored in browser cookies or local storage. They stay in the open page until it is refreshed or closed. This site remembers your analytics preference in local storage for up to 180 days. That preference does not contain your enquiry details.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics helps us understand visits, pages viewed and website performance. The Google Analytics tag is loaded only after you accept optional analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from browsing or making an enquiry.

Our analytics setup keeps advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google signals off. It does not send enquiry names, email addresses, project descriptions or form values to Analytics. Page addresses sent by our code exclude query strings and fragments. If you accept analytics, Google may use analytics cookies and process usage information under its privacy policy.

Google reCAPTCHA

The public enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated spam. Completing a challenge produces a short-lived token; the server checks that token with Google before accepting the enquiry. Security checks may use cookies and device information, as described in Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Hosting and email delivery

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and handles enquiry delivery. Hosting and email providers may process connection, security and delivery information. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

For questions about your enquiry, contact sales@arcticsoft.ca. Please do not include passwords, confidential records or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
