Do I need a technical specification?
No. Start with the problem you want to solve, the process you want to improve or the idea you want to explore. We can work through requirements and priorities with you.
Can you improve software we already use?
Yes. The starting point may be an existing Windows application, web platform, reporting setup or a process spread across several tools. We assess what can be improved, connected or replaced.
How do you choose the technology?
We consider the users, existing systems, budget, maintainability and any platform requirements. Our toolkit includes .NET, Angular and other JavaScript frameworks, Web APIs, Power BI and CMS platforms. The business requirements guide the choice.
What does a project cost, and how long does it take?
That depends on scope, integrations, data and the amount of discovery needed. We clarify the requirements and agree on the proposed scope, timeline and commercial terms before development begins.
Do you work with businesses outside Ontario?
Yes. ArcticSoft serves businesses across Canada. Meetings, feedback and demonstrations can be organised remotely around the project.
What happens after launch?
Documentation, handover and any ongoing support are discussed as part of the project. We can plan future improvements as your needs evolve, with the scope and terms agreed separately.
